Shipping policy

All items will be shipped via USPS and will include tracking.

Our current turnaround time to process ready to ship items are 1 - 3 days.  Made to order items will be 3 - 8 days. 

Please keep in mind that turnaround time does not include the amount of time that it will take USPS to deliver your package.

USPS shipping times cannot be guaranteed and are only an estimate, likely to vary based on the current Covid-19 pandemic. To arrive by December 25, packages need to be shipped by Dec. 15 for ground service, Dec. 17 for first-class mail service, and Dec. 18 for priority mail service. 

Jennie's Craft Shack cannot assume responsibility for USPS delays, mistakes or returned packages due to incorrect shipping addresses.
