Refund policy

Custom personalized items cannot be refunded as each individual product is made to order.  

Exchange Policy
We will exchange if damage occurs during shipping.  A photo is required of onopened package and item itself once opened.  Buyer must contact us within 3 days of delivery shown on tracking.  If package is opened before photo is taken an exchange will not be offered.

Cancellation Policy
Customers may request an order cancellation within 24 hours.  Please email us as soon as possible to request a cacellation.  Please include the name on your order and the full name with which you placed your order.
